2014 Our 52nd year!!
Landa Park Dolphins is organized as a nonprofit tax-exempt corporation to develop amateur athletes for swimming competition. Under the banner of New Braunfels Aquatic Club (the corporation name) we participate in the national USA-S (USA-Swimming) Age Group Swimming Program. Under the flag of LPD(Landa Park Dolphins) we participate in the state TAAF (Texas Amateur Athletic Federation) Swimming Program.  We are located in New Braunfels, Texas.

T.A.A.F. Guidelines:

27.6 T.A.A.F. swimming is open for anyone who meets the following criteria:

 .01 From January 1 of the current year to April 30, in the current year, individuals must follow eligibility guidelines as set forth below. Deviations from guidelines will result in disqualification of individual from T.A.A.F. swimming. Repeated violations from individuals on the same team may result in team/coach disqualification from T.A.A.F. swimming.

a) Individuals may participate in clinics not to exceed 90 minutes per week

b) Clinics must be open to the general public and participation cannot be exclusive to team members

c) Registration/Notification – it is required that the State Commissioner be notified of clinics as to eliminate any questions or concerns that arise during the season.

d) Failure to register/notify the State Commissioner of clinics may result in team disqualification from T.A.A.F. Swimming

e) Participation in T.A.A.F. Winter Games of Texas (see Sports Rule 27.24)

 f) Summer season work-outs can begin May 1 each year

g) Individuals may not be registered with, practice with, or compete with any year-round program

Exceptions:

- May 1- Dec 31

- Any school related activity

- Any family lap swimming program

- Any swimmer in divisions 15 & older- Programs approved, in writing, by both Swim Commissioners and the T.A.A.F.
